As an Account Representative for Rick Ruby State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Your role will include cultivating the necessary actions to obtain new business for the agency. Some of these actions would include outbound phone calling and in office customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow a sales process for obtaining new business to the agency,
- Respond in a timely manner to lead sources provided by the agency and converting those opportunities to sales.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer sales. Sales and service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and transfers.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer retention
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
